门式起重机主梁跨中的下挠值是其整机额载试验的重要检测指标。刚接支腿弯矩对主梁挠度影响很大,而刚接支腿弯矩的大小与水平约束力成正比。针对双刚接支腿门架结构,推导了水平约束力解析式和主梁跨中挠度的表达式,定量分析了刚度比对主梁挠度的影响。结果表明:刚度比越大水平约束力越小;刚度比越小主梁挠度越小;将两侧支腿设计成相同尺寸,可使结构刚度最好,用料最省。通过计算支腿弯矩对挠度的影响为起重机设计提供了有益参考。

The results show that the smaller the stiffness ratio is, the lower the horizontal restraint force is; the smaller the stiffness ratio is, the smaller the deflection of the main girder is. The design of the same size of both legs will result in the best structural rigidity and the least material cost. The calculation of the effect of leg moment on the deflection provides a useful reference for crane design.
