目的:研究乳腺癌中细胞核因子-κB(nuclear factor-kappa B,NF-κB)的表达及其与肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factorα,TNF-α)的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学的方法检测67例原发乳腺癌组织中NF-κB和TNF-α的表达,检测NF-κB在癌旁正常组织、乳腺增生和乳腺癌中的表达情况,并分析NF-κB的表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系以及NF-κB与TNF-α的相关性。结果:1)NF-κB在癌旁正常组织、乳腺增生和乳腺癌中表达的阳性率分别为20%(3/15)、33.3%(5/15)、79.1%(53/67);2)NF-κB的表达与年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学类型均无相关性(P>0.05),与淋巴转移的有无及组织学分期有显著相关性(P<0.05);3)NF-κB的表达与TNF-α呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌中NF-κB的表达显著增加且与其淋巴转移的有无及肿瘤组织学分期有显著相关性,与TNF-α呈显著正相关,对乳腺癌良恶性判断、诊断、靶向治疗及预后提供重要参考依据。
Objective: To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) and its correlation with tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in breast cancer. Methods: The expressions of NF-κB and TNF-α in 67 primary breast cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of NF-κB in normal tissues, hyperplasia of mammary gland and breast cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. NF κB expression and clinicopathological features of breast cancer and the relationship between NF-κB and TNF-α. Results: 1) The positive rates of NF-κB expression in adjacent normal tissues, breast hyperplasia and breast cancer were 20% (3/15), 33.3% (5/15) and 79.1% (53/67), respectively; 2 There was no significant correlation between the expression of NF-κB and the age, tumor size and histological type (P> 0.05), and lymph node metastasis and histological staging (P <0.05); 3) NF- The expression of TNF-α was positively correlated (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The expression of NF-κB in breast cancer is significantly increased, and there is a significant correlation between the expression of NF-κB and the degree of lymphatic metastasis and the histological staging of tumor. There is a significant positive correlation between the expression of NF-κB and tumor necrosis factor, And prognosis provide an important reference.
