立式螺带混凝土搅拌机械在国内市场几乎没有,在立式螺带搅拌机的研发过程中,螺带设计依靠于经验公式和大量实验数据。本文针对立式螺带在研发过程中遇到的实际问题,借助有限元软件Abaqus对立式螺带进行了静力分析和动态分析,在此基础之上对其进行了结构优化,并进一步对优化前后的方案进行了分析比较,弥补了之前这一领域的空缺,为今后立式混凝土搅拌螺带的结构改进提供有意义的参考。
Vertical ribbon concrete mixing machinery in the domestic market almost no vertical ribbon blender R & D process, ribbon design depends on the empirical formula and a large number of experimental data. In this paper, aiming at the practical problems encountered in the research and development of vertical ribbons, static analysis and dynamic analysis of the vertical ribbons are carried out with the aid of the finite element software Abaqus.
