立式螺带混凝土搅拌机械在国内市场几乎没有,在立式螺带搅拌机的研发过程中,螺带设计依靠于经验公式和大量实验数据。本文针对立式螺带在研发过程中遇到的实际问题,借助有限元软件Abaqus对立式螺带进行了静力分析和动态分析,在此基础之上对其进行了结构优化,并进一步对优化前后的方案进行了分析比较,弥补了之前这一领域的空缺,为今后立式混凝土搅拌螺带的结构改进提供有意义的参考。 Vertical ribbon concrete mixing machinery in the domestic market almost no vertical ribbon blender R & D process, ribbon design depends on the empirical formula and a large number of experimental data.
