巴西时间2月9日中巴两国政府在北京就中国出口巴西纺织品增长幅度限制问题达成协议,该协议涵盖8大类70个品种,约占中国向巴西出口纺织品种类的60%,协议有效期为3年,到2008年止。这8大类产品分别是:丝绸、化纤、合成纤维布、丝绒、针织布、套头衫、夹克和刺绣。双方在北京经过4天的磋商,最终达成协议。以丝绸为例,协议规定:以2004年 7月到2005年7月中国向巴西出口的数字为基准,2006年中国丝绸向巴西出口最多可增长8%,也就是60吨左右;2007年最多可增长9%,约65.4吨;2008年最多可增长10%,约72吨。
Brazilian Time On February 9, the governments of China and Pakistan reached an agreement in Beijing on the restrictions on the growth of Brazil’s textile exports to China. The agreement covers 70 varieties in 8 major categories, accounting for about 60% of China’s textile exports to Brazil. The agreement is valid for 3 years, until 2008. These eight categories of products are: silk, chemical fiber, synthetic fabrics, velvet, knitted fabrics, pullovers, jackets and embroidery. After four days of negotiations in Beijing, the two sides finally reached an agreement. Take silk as an example. According to the agreement, China exports to Brazil from July 2004 to July 2005 as the benchmark. In 2006, China’s silk exports to Brazil will increase by up to 8%, or about 60 tons. In 2007, up to An increase of 9%, about 65.4 tons; up to 10% in 2008, about 72 tons.
