目的:对岭南民间草药粪箕笃Stephania longa Lour.进行基源鉴别、药材性状描述和茎叶结构及药材粉末特征的显微鉴定。方法:采用经典生药学方法进行基源鉴别和药材性状描述;以常规石蜡切片、临时水装片及水合氯醛粉末透化片对其显微结构进行鉴定分析。结果:粪箕笃的药材和显微特征主要有:叶盾状着生,叶背常为粉白色,叶柄长,基部常扭曲。茎有棱,最外侧表皮细胞栓质化增厚,维管束外韧型,韧皮部外纤维连成一花环状。叶肉栅栏组织短,细胞2列,在叶脉附近易见细小草酸钙柱晶或方晶。下表皮细胞垂周壁弯曲,其上多数细胞乳头状突起,气孔不定式,副卫细胞4~6个。结论:本实验可为粪箕笃的药材鉴定及质量标准的制定提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the basic sources, characterize the medicinal traits and the microscopic identification of the stem and leaf structure and the medicinal powder characteristics of the private herb dwelling in Stephania longa Lour. Methods: The identification of basic sources and description of medicinal properties were carried out by classical pharmacognosy method. The microstructure of the samples was identified by conventional paraffin sections, temporary water-filled tablets and chloral hydrate powder. Results: There are mainly medicinal materials and microscopic features of Shidujiu: leaf shield-shaped students, the leaves often pink, petiole long, the base often distorted. Stems edge, the outermost epidermal cells thrombus thickening, vascular bundle tough type, phloem fibers connected into a garland. Mesophyll tissue short, cells 2, easy to see in the vicinity of the veins small column of calcium oxalate or crystal. Under the epidermal cells pericycle wall bending, most of the cells papillary processes, stomatal infinitive, supratentorial cells 4 to 6. Conclusion: This experiment can provide a scientific basis for the identification of medicinal materials and the formulation of quality standards of Shui Duxiu.
