[目的]筛选适合万州种植的优质抗病品种。[方法]以鄂烟1号为对照,通过田间自然发病和苗期接种鉴定研究11个白肋烟新品种(系)对青枯病和黑胫病的抗性。[结果]106126、6177、27039、7726抗黑胫病,其余品种均中抗黑胫病。所有品种(系)均中抗青枯病,其中106126、OE4114、6177等品种(系)病情指数低于30,抗性强于对照。[结论]试验结果为实际生产中选择抗病品种提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen high-quality resistant varieties suitable for planting in Wanzhou. [Method] With Eyan 1 as control, the resistance of 11 new Burley tobacco cultivars (lines) to bacterial wilt and black shank was studied through natural inoculation and seedling inoculation. [Result] 106,126,6177,27039,7726 anti-shank disease, the remaining varieties were anti-shank disease. All varieties (lines) were resistant to bacterial wilt. The disease index of 106126, OE4114 and 6177 were lower than 30 and the resistance was stronger than that of the control. [Conclusion] The test results provided the theoretical basis for the selection of resistant varieties in actual production.
