这种实用的空气湿度传感电桥是以微量水分蒸发的方式,用二只MF53—1型热敏电阻直接实现空气湿度传感并按电量线性输出的电桥电路。本文就其器件和电路的测量误差进行了分析,找出了器件的温度与其电桥的函数关系,即与相对湿度对应的近似关系式。该传感方式可广泛的用于纺织、烟草、茶叶的生产及物质贮藏中对环境湿度进行遥测及自动控制的场合。其传感及测量电路简单、稳定可靠。测量精度及重复性可优于常用的毛发机械指针式的湿度计。
This practical air humidity sensing bridge is a bridge circuit that uses a small amount of moisture to evaporate and uses two MF53-1 type thermistors to sense air humidity directly and output it linearly in response to the power. In this paper, the measurement error of the device and the circuit is analyzed, and the function of the temperature of the device and its bridge is found out, that is, the approximate relation corresponding to the relative humidity. The sensing method can be widely used in textile, tobacco, tea production and storage of materials in the environment humidity telemetry and automatic control of the occasion. Its sensing and measuring circuit is simple, stable and reliable. Measurement accuracy and repeatability can be better than the commonly used hair mechanical pointer hygrometer.
