目的探讨与评价地方高职生生殖健康与遗传优生教育干预内容、方法和效果。为我院对高职生广泛进行生殖健康与遗传优生教育和管理提供基础信息及科学依据。方法采用“两阶段三层次多渠道”干预方式,对襄樊职业技术学院2007级288名高职生进行为期1年的生殖健康与遗传优生教育,并对干预的可行性和效果进行科学评价。结果干预后高职生的生殖健康和遗传优生知识正确率有了明显提高(P<0.01),正向态度和行为持有率明显增加(P<0.01)。结论系统全面、持续进行的“两阶段三层次多渠道”干预方法可行,有助于促进高职生健康、安全负责的性,促进生殖健康与遗传优生知识、态度、技能和行为的形成。
Objective To explore and evaluate the contents, methods and effects of reproductive health and genetic eugenics education interventions in local vocational college students. Provide basic information and scientific basis for our college to widely reproduce health and genetic eugenics education and management. Methods A one-year reproductive health and genetic eugenics education was conducted for 288 vocational college students in 2007 in Xiangfan Vocational and Technical College using the “two-stage, three-level and multi-channel” intervention methods. The feasibility and effect of the intervention were scientifically evaluated . Results After intervention, the correct rate of reproductive health and genetic eugenics in vocational college students was significantly improved (P <0.01), and the positive attitude and behavior holding rate increased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusions A comprehensive and continuous “two-stage, three-level and multi-channel” intervention is feasible and helps to promote the health, safety and responsibility of higher vocational students and promotes the formation of reproductive health and genetic eugenics knowledge, attitudes, skills and behaviors .
