目的提高门诊医疗服务水平。方法问卷抽样调查2004年10月份6天门诊患者1716人,内容包括患者选择医院、选择医生、需求情况及连续服务需求。结果无论是男女、各年龄组,还是自费、医疗保险、公费医疗,其门诊医疗需求迫切性依次是解除病痛、安全、尊重、服务和知情权。连续医疗服务中首选的是预约就诊,其次是电话随访。结论患者门诊医疗需求具有多样性,医院应重视为患者解除病痛、保证医疗安全、尊重患者、提高服务水平,搞好连续医疗服务,满足不同层患者需求。
Objective To improve out-patient medical service. Methods Questionnaires A sample survey of 1,716 outpatients for 6 days in October 2004 included patient selection of hospitals, selection of physicians, demand conditions, and continuing service needs. Results Regardless of the gender, urgency, safety, respect, service, and right to information, the urgency of outpatient medical needs is inevitably followed by men, women, age groups, or private expenses, medical insurance, and publicly funded medical care. The first choice for continuous medical services is appointments, followed by telephone follow-up. Conclusion The outpatient medical needs of the patients are diverse. The hospital should pay attention to relieve the patient’s pain, ensure medical safety, respect patients, improve service levels, do continuous medical services, and meet the needs of patients at different levels.
