本文通过对油田钻井井场的特定部位进行声强测定及频谱分析,发现柴油机、钻井平台、泥浆泵、值班房其噪声强度分别为102、91、93、78dB(A)。除值班房外均已超过国家规定标准。同时对振动参数进行测定,并对吉林油田某钻井队工人进行调查。结果表明,85名钻工中语言频区下降达15.29%,而高频区听力下降达61.18%,其损伤程度与所接触的噪声强度及暴露时间呈正相关。
In this paper, the sound intensity and spectrum analysis of specific parts of well drilling well site in oilfield are used to find that the noise intensity of diesel engine, drilling platform, mud pump and watch building are respectively 102,91,93,78dB (A). At the same time, the vibration parameters were measured and the workers of a drilling crew in Jilin Oilfield were investigated. The results showed that the frequency of hearing loss dropped to 15.29% in 85 drills, while the hearing loss in high frequency reached 61.18%. The degree of damage was positively correlated with the noise intensity and exposure time exposed.
