随着我国高等教育的迅速发展,国内研究生基数逐步增长,研究生劳动力市场供大于求矛盾日益突出,女研究生面临的就业难度也越来越大。而就业性别歧视已经成为女研究生就业难以跨越的门槛,严重影响了就业平衡,女研究生的就业引起了社会各界的高度关注。本文通过网络查询以及对各大高校女研究生的走访调查,了解女研究生的就业歧视现状,揭露女研究生在求职过程中遭遇的就业歧视问题,深入剖析女研究生就业歧视的原因及其影响,在此基础上提出有针对性的建议,以期减少就业性别歧视,帮助女研究生提高就业能力。
