用常规和一阶导数近红外漫反射光谱法非破坏快速分析了粉末药品扑热息痛 ,比较了偏最小二乘 (PLS)法在两种情况的定量预测扑热息痛含量的能力 ,讨论了波长间隔对 PLS预测扑热息痛含量的影响。实验结果表明 ,在运用 PLS法前进行微分处理数据 ,没有产生明显的优点。
Paracetamol powder powder was rapidly analyzed non-destructively by conventional and first-order derivative near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy.
