目的探索高压氧在高原地区施工中现场救治急性高原病的作用。方法在每个高海拔地区施工单位的主要施工地段修建1座高压氧舱,发现急性高原病患者,进行高压氧现场救治,病情重的,实施高压氧现场救治或结合药物治疗,待患者病情好转、缓解、稳定后逐级下送。结果高海拔地区施工中,高压氧现场救治急性高原病1 518例,1 121例急性轻型高原病治愈率是100.0%,220例高原肺水肿治愈率是92.7%,好转率是7.3%,有效率是100.0%,177例高原脑水肿治愈率是12.4%,好转率是87.6%,有效率是100.0%。结论在高海拔地区施工中,高压氧现场救治是治疗急性轻型高原病、高原肺水肿很有效的治疗措施之一,也能为治疗高原脑水肿,争取时间下送创造很好的条件。
Objective To explore the role of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of acute high altitude sickness in the plateau area. Methods One hyperbaric oxygen chamber was built in the main construction site of each construction unit in each high altitude area.
