目的观察痛痹颗粒及其拆方对软骨细胞的保护作用。方法采用2 mmol/L硝普钠(SNP-NO供体)诱导软骨细胞凋亡,观察痛痹颗粒及拆方的含药血清对软骨细胞凋亡的保护作用。结果痛痹颗粒及其拆方(补肝肾方、活血化瘀方、祛风湿方)含药血清组凋亡率明显低于模型组及空白组(P<0.01)。结论痛痹颗粒及其拆方的含药血清均对硝普钠所诱导的软骨细胞凋亡具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Tongqi granule and its disassembled prescriptions on chondrocytes. Methods Apoptosis of chondrocytes was induced by 2 mmol/L sodium nitroprusside (SNP-NO donor), and the protective effect of Tongqi granules and disassembled drug-containing serum on chondrocyte apoptosis was observed. Results The apoptotic rate of Tongqi granule and its deconstructed sera (Buganshen recipe, Huoxuehuayu recipe, Qinfengshi recipe) was significantly lower than that of model group and blank group (P<0.01). Conclusion The Tongqi granules and their decontamination-containing serum all have a protective effect on chondrocyte apoptosis induced by sodium nitroprusside.
