提高选人用人公信度,是干部工作中带长期性、复杂性、根本性的重大问题,是一个需要从多方面付出不懈努力的持续过程。本文结合高校发展的实际,完善“隐性”向“显性”转化的人才选拔机制,提高高校干部选拔隐性权力的显性规范、扩大高校干部选拔隐性民意的显性表达,推进高校干部选拔隐性信息的显性公开,切实提高高校选人用人公信度。
Improving the credibility of the candidates for employment is a major issue with long-term, complex and fundamental cadre tasks.
