In recent years, the rapid development of DNA vaccine technology provides a good prospect for the development of multivalent vaccine that can effectively activate the body’s humoral and cellular immune mechanisms. The emergence of cDNA vaccines offers the potential for the prevention of some important parasitic diseases such as malaria, leishmaniasis, toxoplasmosis, schistosomiasis and fipitry. The effectiveness of vaccination, however, depends more on the way in which the vaccine is administered, the dose, the route of administration, the host species of the vaccination host or even the strain. In order to solve the above problems, further research is needed, especially the follow-up of new cDNA sequence cloning and detection, genomics planning, different inoculation methods of vaccines, including the design of immune activation sequence vectors and exhaustive study of safety
