作为钢结构制作和连接的主要技术,焊接已经被广泛应用于钢结构的制作和安装工艺之中。然而,焊接中产生的变形问题不仅影响了钢结构的外观和使用性能,如果严重的话甚至会导致焊件报废,给企业造成直接经济损失。特别是在大型钢结构件的焊接作业中,这一问题表现得尤其突出。有鉴于此,必须对焊接变形不同类型和原因进行全面分析,并采取有力措施控制焊接变形量,以确保不断提高生产效率和钢结构工程质量,降低企业生产成本。
As the main technique for making and connecting steel structures, welding has been widely used in the fabrication and installation of steel structures. However, the deformation problems caused by welding not only affect the appearance and serviceability of the steel structure, but also cause the welding parts to be scrapped even in severe cases, resulting in direct economic losses to the enterprises. This problem is especially pronounced in the welding of large structural steel parts. In view of this, we must conduct a comprehensive analysis of different types and causes of welding deformation and take effective measures to control the amount of welding deformation to ensure continuous improvement of production efficiency and quality of steel structures and reduction of production costs.
