目前国内外对缺血性脑血管病的研究较多,而且已建立了多种类型的缺血性动物模型,在研究出血性脑血管的动物模型则较少,为了进一步开展出血性脑血管病的研究,我们建立了实验性脑内血肿动物模型,并通过活血化瘀法对血肿的转归机理作了初步研究。材料与方法一:材料:采用北京市动物养殖场提供的成年白色家兔46只,雌雄不构,体重为2~3公斤,采用随机分组法,分为实验组与对照组。二、方法:以20%乌拉坦4ml/kg,腹腔内注射麻醉,颅顶部脱毛,固定动物于特制架子上,以颅骨正中隆起为中线标志,取双侧眶后缘联线与中线
At present, there are many studies on ischemic cerebrovascular disease at home and abroad, and various types of ischemic animal models have been established. There are fewer animal models for studying hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases, in order to further carry out hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease. In this study, we established an animal model of experimental intracerebral hematoma, and made a preliminary study of the mechanism of hematoma’s outcome through promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Materials and methods: Materials: 46 adult white rabbits provided by animal farms in Beijing were used. Male and female animals were unstructured and weighed 2 to 3 kilograms. Randomized methods were used to divide the samples into experimental and control groups. Second, the method: 20% urethane 4ml/kg, intraperitoneal injection of anesthesia, cranial top hair removal, fixed animal on a special shelf, with the middle of the cranial midline uplift for the midline sign, take the posterior edge of both sides of the midline and the midline
