高职院校基层党支部实施“三联系”(院领导联系院系、中层干部联系班级、普通党员联系学生)工程在维护校园稳定、关注弱势学生群体等方面发挥了积极作用。为了在实施“三联系”工程中发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用和党员教师的先锋模范作用,基层党支部有必要施行统一思想、建立组织机构、采取得力措施、完善运行机制等保障措施。 The implementation of the “three links” (college-led department, middle-level cadre contact class and ordinary party member contact students) in the grass-roots party branches of higher vocational colleges has played a positive role in maintaining campus stability and paying attention to disadvantaged student groups. In order to give play to the role of the party branch in fighting battles and the vanguard and exemplary role of party members and teachers in implementing the “three links” project, it is necessary for grass-roots party branches to implement such safeguard measures as unifying their thinking, establishing organizational structures, adopting effective measures and improving operational mechanisms.
