通过水提醇沉法制备孔石莼多糖,采用过氧化氢降解的方法制备不同分子量的孔石莼多糖。在恒温恒湿的条件下测定不同分子量的孔石莼多糖及甘油和丝瓜水的保湿活性。结果表明,分子量的保湿活性与孔石莼多糖的分子量密切相关,未降解的孔石莼多糖表现出更好的保湿活性。
The polysaccharides of Lithocarpus angustifolia were prepared by water-extraction and alcohol precipitation, and the polysaccharides of Lithocarpus angustifolia with different molecular weights were prepared by the method of hydrogen peroxide degradation. Under constant temperature and humidity conditions determination of different molecular weight porous rock sugar and glycerol and loofah water moisturizing activity. The results showed that the molecular weight of the moisturizing activity and pore polysaccharide molecular weight is closely related to non-degraded porous stone polysaccharide showed better moisturizing activity.
