基于消失模铸造工艺研究闸瓦铸件生产的工艺流程,包括模样的制作、铸件的成分分析、耐火涂料的成分分析及熔炼工艺等。生产试制结果可知,机车闸瓦铸件产品的合格率得到提升,达到90%以上,所得铸件的组织、性能和化学成分均满足要求。这也说明了基于消失模铸造工艺来生产机车闸瓦铸件的方法是可行的,在生产中也取得良好的效果。
Based on the EPC process, the process flow of the production of the brake shoe is studied, including the production of the prototype, the composition analysis of the castings, the composition analysis of the refractory coatings and the smelting process. Production trial results show that the locomotive brake shoe castings product qualification rate has been improved, reaching more than 90%, the resulting casting organization, performance and chemical composition to meet the requirements. This also shows that it is feasible to produce the brake shoe castings of locomotive based on EPC process, and it also achieves good results in production.
