我厂自制的T6110卧式拉床的挡料机构,原设是计固定式,即挡料定位套筒与支承座为刚性联接。虽在加工与装配过程中,注意了定位套筒端面与支承座的垂直度要求,但是被拉工件的端面在加工过程中与孔的垂直度稍有偏差,或装夹工件时出现的不垂直,均影响工件内孔与拉刀齿的偏移,使拉刀齿部的轴向受力不均匀,致使刀齿断裂或拉刀整体断裂。
