The world political, economic and diplomatic situation in 2013 has continued the overall trend of 2012, but has changed on some specific issues. As far as the Eurasian region is concerned, although Russia has achieved great success in the field of diplomacy, it faces difficulties and challenges in the economic field. For Eastern European countries, there are still many difficulties in joining the EU. Unincorporated countries are facing many tests on the road to accession. What kind of integration path Ukraine will choose between the EU and Russia, especially the introduction of Attention. As for the five Central Asian countries, it is also becoming more and more pressured to choose regional economic integration while fighting terrorism, maintaining political stability and promoting economic growth. All the above questions are the focus of Russia’s East Asia Central Asian academia.
