我院近 5年来应用凝血酶超声雾化吸入加酚妥拉明静脉滴注治疗咯血 160例获得较好疗效 ,现报道如下。 一般资料 :160例患者均以咯血收住院或急诊观察治疗 ,其中大咯血 (指一次咯血量超过 2 0 0ｍＬ ;或 2 4ｈ咯血量超过 5 0 0ｍＬ ;或 4 8ｈ内超出 60 0ｍＬ ;或持续咯血需输
