Basketball is a relatively broad activity for primary and middle school students. However, in the teaching and competition practice, the author finds that students often do not display normal levels and can’t happily match. After several years of practice and exploration, the author tried to use the “restriction method” in teaching and training to obtain good teaching results. The so-called “restriction law” means that when learning sports techniques and tactics, teachers adopt certain methods.
