目的探讨孔源性视网膜脱离患者对侧眼激光光凝预防性治疗的疗效和意义。方法对326例326只眼视网膜脱离患者对侧眼的视网膜变性、裂孔及视网膜裂孔并局限性浅脱离患者采用532倍频激光机进行视网膜变性及裂孔周围激光光凝治疗。结果追踪观察14～180天,平均92.0天,321例(占98.5%)未出现视网膜脱离,达到预防效果,5例(占1.5%)出现视网膜脱离。结论孔源性视网膜脱离患者对侧眼采用激光光凝治疗视网膜变性及裂孔周围,起到预防视网膜脱离的作用,是目前预防孔源性视网膜脱离安全有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and significance of prophylactic laser photocoagulation in patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. Methods 326 cases of retinal detachment in 326 patients with retinal detachment in the contralateral eye retinal degeneration, retinal tears and retinal holes and limited shallow detachment patients with 532 frequency laser treatment of retinal degeneration and laser photocoagulation around the hiatus. Results The follow-up observation ranged from 14 days to 180 days with an average of 92.0 days. There were no retinal detachment in 321 cases (98.5%), and the prevention effect was achieved. In 5 cases (1.5%), retinal detachment occurred. Conclusions In patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, laser photocoagulation is used to treat retinal degeneration and periocular holes in the contralateral eye to prevent retinal detachment. It is a safe and effective method to prevent rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.
