一般在镗轴承体的孔时,是把轴承体用螺栓压牢在角铁座上,再把角铁座固紧在车床的花盘上。用这种方法装夹工件,不能进行高速切削,因为在高速切削时会产生很大的振动,并且装卸工件很费时间。为了克服这些缺点,可以采用如附图的夹具来镗轴承孔。这夹具主要是一个法兰盘4,用六个螺钉固定在车床花盘3上。将工件5(轴承体)已加工的基准面靠在法兰盘4的支承面上,用销钉6和7穿在工件的孔里,使工件定位。再用压板1
Generally boring the hole in the bearing body, the bearing body is bolted firmly on the angle iron seat, then the angle iron seat fastened on the faceplate of the lathe. Workpieces are clamped in this way and can not be cut at high speeds because of the large vibrations that occur during high-speed cutting and the loading and unloading of workpieces which take a long time. In order to overcome these drawbacks, bearing holes can be borne using a jig as shown in the drawings. This fixture is mainly a flange 4, with six screws fixed to the lathe faceplate 3. The machined reference surface of the workpiece 5 (bearing body) rests against the bearing surface of the flange plate 4, and pins 6 and 7 are inserted into the hole of the workpiece to position the workpiece.
