初次见面,范思良就着实让我吃了一惊,很难相信坐在我面前的是一位71岁的老者。在两个多小时的采访中,他以东北人特有的爽朗、热情为《汽车商业评论》讲述了自己在一汽近30年的工作生涯,以及当下在阿尔特的工作情况。采访结束后,他又兴致勃勃地带领我们参观了他的工作车间,其精力之充沛,让我们这些后辈自愧不如。产品质量是任何一个汽车制造企业的重中之重,作为一汽历史上唯一的一位质量总监,范思良的经历虽说算不上传奇,但却可以说是一汽生产发展的参与者与见证人之一。1968年,28岁的范思良从部队转业进入一汽。处在文革这段特殊的历史时期,他因为转业军人的特殊身份成为了房产维修办公室副主任。但范思良真正的想法是掌握一门技术,于是他便利用休息时间到车间跟工人学习汽车修理技术。一汽第二次创业时期,范思良凭借之前积累的经验解决了很多技术上的难题,为解放卡车销路的打开作出了贡献。1992年,一汽成立了由6人组成的质量工作组,他是成员之一;1997年,一汽轿车成立后,范思良担任一轿质量总监一职。这段时间,他参与了“98新星”、世纪星等轿车国产化的技术工作。退休后,范思良被返聘,继续掌管一轿的质量工作,直到2007年。与范思良共事多年的同事,原一汽集团公司副总工程师李松龄曾这样评价范思良:“他这个人挺厉害,工人出身,但是文武双全,既能开车,又能试验车。汽车研究所的人,都赞成他。”2009年,出于对汽车事业的热爱,在老朋友的邀请下,范思良来到北京阿尔特汽车工程技术开发有限公司,担任副董事长,主管样车制造。范思良的儿子范君告诉《汽车商业评论》,他原来是不赞成父亲来北京的,担心范思良不能适应这里的生活。但一年过去了,他觉得这种担心实无必要。范思良对自己当下生活的感觉是:“带着大家克服困难,就是带着大家一起玩儿,一起把戏唱好,大家都愉快”。采访结束一周之后,范思良特意发来邮件,希望加上这样一句话:“如果可以,我希望借贵刊向一汽前辈、同事及后来人表示衷心的感谢,愿他们健康快乐,事业有成!”
When I first met, Fan Silian really surprised me. It is hard to believe that a 71-year-old man sat in front of me. In an interview of more than two hours, he described the 30-year working life of FAW in the “Automotive Business Review” with the uniqueness and enthusiasm of the Northeasters, and the current situation in Alte. But Fan Siliang’s real idea is to master a technology, so he conveniently uses the rest time to go to the workshop and learn the techniques of car repair from the workers. During the second venture of FAW, Fan Siliang solved a lot of technical problems with his prior accumulated experience and contributed to the opening of the truck market. In 1992, FAW established a quality work group consisting of 6 members. He was one of the members. After FAW Car was established in 1997, Fan Siliang served as a quality director of a car. During this time, he participated in the technical work of localization of “98 Nova” and Century Star. After retirement, Fan Siliang was rehired and continued to control the quality of a sedan until 2007. Colleagues who had worked with Fan Siliang for many years, Li Songling, deputy chief engineer of FAW Group Co., Ltd., once rated Fan Silian as such: “He is a very powerful person, a worker, but he can both drive and test cars. The Institute of Automotive Research, He was in favor of him.” “In 2009, out of his passion for the automotive industry, Fan Siliang came to Beijing Alte Automotive Engineering Technology Development Co., Ltd. as an assistant chairman to supervise prototype production. Fan Siliang’s son, Fan Jun, told the “Automotive Business Review” that he did not approve of his father’s visit to Beijing. He was worried that Fan Siliang could not adapt to the life here. But one year passed, he felt that such a fear was really unnecessary. Fan Silian’s feelings about his current life are: ”With everyone overcoming difficulties, it is to play with everyone, to sing together, and everyone is happy.“ One week after the interview, Fan Siliang deliberately sent an e-mail, hoping to add such a sentence: ”If you can, I hope to express your heartfelt thanks to your senior generation, colleagues, and later people through your magazine, and wish them healthy and happy, successful career!
