资金是企业的血脉。近年来,大部分国有企业集团都以强化资金集中管理为出发点,创新管理思路,成效比较显著。国有建筑企业集团由于施工项目前期投入大、工期长和工点分散等特殊性,资金集中管理尤其迫切,但从实践来看,目前存在着集团总部资金风险加大、成员企业抵触情绪上升等不利因素。现笔者结合工作实际,以国有建筑企业集团通过结算中心实施资金集中管理为例,对资金集中的利弊进行分析并提出一些解决对策。一、资金集中管理的优势(一)盘活沉淀资金,提高资金使用效率实践证明,规模较大的国有建筑企业集团由总部统一筹集、分配、使用和管理资金,有利于强化成员企业的资金管理
