为提高混凝土的抗弯拉性、抗冲击性和耐磨性,在混凝土中添加玄武岩纤维,制成玄武岩纤维混凝土。对不同水灰比、不同玄武岩纤维含量的10种常用配合比混凝土,开展了水泥混凝土立方体抗压强度试验、抗弯拉强度试验、断裂能试验和耐磨性试验,研究了玄武岩纤维含量对混凝土抗压强度、抗弯强度、断裂能和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:添加2~4kg/m3的玄武岩纤维,混凝土的抗弯强度增加4%~13%,断裂能增加23%~138%,磨耗值降低2%~18%,混凝土抗压强度下降4%~18%。
In order to improve the concrete bending resistance, impact resistance and wear resistance, basalt fiber is added to the concrete to make basalt fiber concrete. The compressive strength test, flexural strength test, fracture energy test and abrasion resistance test of cement concrete cubes were carried out on 10 kinds of commonly used concrete with different water-cement ratio and different basalt fiber content. The effects of basalt fiber content on concrete Compressive strength, flexural strength, fracture energy and wear resistance. The results showed that the flexural strength of concrete increased 4% ~ 13%, the fracture energy increased 23% ~ 138%, the wear value decreased 2% ~ 18% and the compressive strength of concrete decreased 4% ~ 18%.
