[目的]研究不同基质中添加不同剂量保水剂对土壤总含水量及黑麦草种子萌发的影响,以期为节水栽培提供理论依据。[方法]在自然光照和遮阴条件下,比较添加不同剂量保水剂(0、3、6、9 g/m2)的基质对土壤总含水量及黑麦草种子萌发的影响。[结果]保水剂在不同基质中对提高土壤总含水量和种子发芽率的影响效果由大到小依次为混合土、营养土、黄土。在保水剂施用量为6 g/m2、土壤基质为混合土时,土壤总含水量最大,黑麦草种子发芽率最高。[结论]保水剂的施用对不同基质的土壤总含水量和黑麦草种子发芽率影响效果显著,以土壤基质为混合土、保水剂施用量为6 g/m2时效果最佳。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different dosage of SAP on the total soil water content and seed germination of ryegrass in order to provide a theoretical basis for water-saving cultivation. [Method] Under natural light and shading conditions, the effects of substrate with different dosages of SAP (0, 3, 6, 9 g / m2) on total soil water content and seed germination of ryegrass were compared. [Result] The effect of water-retaining agent in different matrices on increasing total soil water content and seed germination rate was mixed soil, nutrient soil and loess soil in descending order. When the amount of SAP was 6 g / m2 and the soil matrix was mixed soil, the total soil water content was the highest, and the germination percentage of ryegrass was the highest. [Conclusion] The application of super absorbent polymer had a significant effect on the total soil water content of different substrates and the germination rate of ryegrass. When the amount of super absorbent polymer was 6 g / m2, soil matrix was mixed soil.
