目的对藏药异叶青兰Dracocephalum heterophyllum的化学成分进行研究。方法利用多种柱色谱对其成分进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析进行结构鉴定。结果从异叶青兰95%乙醇提取物中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为芫花素(1)、石吊兰素(2)、金合欢素(3)、科罗索酸(4)、乌发醇(5)、白桦脂醇(6)、β-香树脂醇(7)、2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(8)、胡麻苷-6″-乙酸酯(9)、柯伊利素(10)、飞蓬苷C(11)、铁线莲素(12)、木犀草素-5-O-葡萄糖苷(13)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(14)、木犀草素-7-O-芸香糖苷(15)、马先蒿苷G(16)。结论化合物3~5、7~10、14为首次从该植物分离得到,化合物1、2、11、12为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Dracocephalum heterophyllum. Methods The constituents were separated and purified by a variety of column chromatography and identified by spectral analysis. Results Sixteen compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Paeonia lactiflora and identified as geraniol (1), spain (2), acacetin (3), corosolic acid (4) (5), betulin (6), β-amyrin (7), 2α, 3α-dihydroxy-12-ene-28-oleanolic acid Ester (9), krelin (10), fenbutatin C (11), clematis (12), luteolin-5-O-glucoside (13), luteolin- (14), luteolin-7-O-rutinoside (15) and Artemisin G (16) .CONCLUSION Compounds 3 ~ 5,7 ~ 10,14 were isolated from this plant for the first time, Compounds 1, 2, 11, 12 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
