现提出一种特殊的双通道传感器,它可以同时测量压力和温度,还可用来确定接触区间的温度与压力的关系,估算出发热量与压力之间关系。在圆盘试验装置中,采用合成矿物油作润滑剂来获得滚动或滚动兼滑动的接触表面间的温度和压力的数据。整个接触区的温升在20～40℃范围内。
A special dual-channel sensor is proposed, which can simultaneously measure pressure and temperature. It can also be used to determine the relationship between temperature and pressure in the contact zone and estimate the relationship between heat and pressure. In disc testing devices, synthetic mineral oil is used as a lubricant to obtain data on the temperature and pressure between rolling or rolling and sliding contact surfaces. The contact zone temperature rise in the range of 20 ~ 40 ℃.
