应急门是飞机结构中的一个重要部件,对于大型客机的结构、功能的完整性和安全生产具有重要的意义。利用ADAMS软件,建立起了某客机右(后)应急门的虚拟样机模型,对应急门打开过程进行运动学仿真。获得一系列仿真数据,为客机样机研制过程中的构件安装、调试、检验等操作过程,提供一定程度上的帮助和指导。
Emergency doors are an important part of aircraft structures and are of great importance to the structure, functional integrity and safety of large passenger aircraft. Using ADAMS software, a virtual prototype model of the right (rear) emergency door of a passenger aircraft is established, and the kinematics simulation of the emergency door opening process is established. A series of simulation data are obtained to provide a certain degree of help and guidance for the operation of components installation, commissioning and inspection during the development of passenger aircraft prototype.
