为研究CL-20基PBX炸药的冲击波感度,采用显式动力学有限元程序——ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,运用ALE(Arbitrary Lagrange-Euler)算法对某CL-20基PBX炸药在冲击波作用下的临界起爆特性进行了数值模拟,计算出该炸药临界隔板厚度值在24.56~25.7 mm范围内。通过大隔板试验进行了验证,得出试样50%发生爆轰的隔板厚度L50=25.23 mm,与数值模拟结果基本吻合。
In order to study the shock sensitivity of CL-20-based PBX explosives, an explicit dynamic finite element program-ANSYS / LS-DYNA software was used to simulate the CLX-based PBX explosives under the effect of shock waves using ALE (Arbitrary Lagrange-Euler) The critical detonation characteristics of the explosive were numerically simulated, and the critical thickness of the explosive was calculated in the range of 24.56 ~ 25.7 mm. It is verified by the test of the large partition board that the thickness L50 = 25.23 mm of the detonation of 50% of the sample is basically consistent with the numerical simulation.
