如何紧跟长庆油田建设数字化管理的新步伐,做好企业三基工作,越来越受到企业各级组织的关注和重视。为了适应建设“西部大庆”的需要,长庆油田根据点多、面广、战线长的实际情况,从2008年起,全面开展了数字化油田的建设,逐步形成了适应油田快速发展的数字化管理运行机制,开创了油田管理现代化的新局面。笔者联系企业实际,就数字化管理条件下的三基工作如何强化和创新,有以下粗浅的认识:
