目的:检测RIP,NF-κB在口腔鳞癌及癌前病变中的表达情况,探讨其在口腔鳞癌及癌前病变中的作用及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测39例口腔鳞癌﹑17例口腔扁平苔藓﹑19例口腔白斑﹑12例正常黏膜中RIP和NF-κB表达情况。结论:RIP在正常口腔黏膜、口腔扁平苔藓、口腔白斑、口腔鳞癌中的阳性表达率依次递增,分别为50%(6/12),76.5%(13/17),84.2%(16/19),94.9%(37/39)(P<0.05);NF-κB在正常口腔黏膜、口腔扁平苔藓、口腔白斑、口腔鳞癌中的阳性表达率也依次递增,分别为75%(9/12),82.4%(14/17),84.2%(16/19),92.3%(36/39)(P<0.05)。结论:RIP,NF-κB在口腔鳞癌及癌前病变的发生和发展中起一定的作用。
Objective: To detect the expression of RIP and NF-κB in oral squamous cell carcinoma and precancerous lesions, and to explore their roles and significance in oral squamous cell carcinoma and precancerous lesions. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of RIP and NF-κB in 39 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma, 17 cases of oral lichen planus, 19 cases of oral leukoplakia and 12 cases of normal mucosa. CONCLUSION: The positive rates of RIP in normal oral mucosa, oral lichen planus, oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma are successively higher than those in normal oral mucosa (50% (6/12), 76.5% (13/17), 84.2% (16/19) ), And 94.9% (37/39) respectively (P <0.05). The positive rates of NF-κB in normal oral mucosa, oral lichen planus, oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma also increased successively, which were 75% ), 82.4% (14/17), 84.2% (16/19), 92.3% (36/39) (P <0.05). Conclusion: RIP and NF-κB play an important role in the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma and precancerous lesions.
