1电力营销新的服务理念和管理模式(1)必须采取以市场为导向的服务理念,从大营销大服务的观念出发,建立新型的电力营销理念,即“基建为生产服务,生产为营销服务,营销为客户服务”。(2)必须搭建强有力的营销服务专业技术平台支撑,突出以大营销为中心,服务为重点的管理模式,为客户提供“优质、方便、规范、真诚”的服务。(3)按这次国家电网推行“三集五大”改革,实施统一的业务模式、服务标准和工作流程。并通过营销稽查监控系统对各项业务进行实时监控与考核,只有这样三管齐下才能最终实现企业的营销目标。
