电力行业客户信用缺失,严重影响电力工业的健康发展。因此,对电力行业客户的信用进行评价是供电企业乃至全社会都应该关注的问题。本文在建立电力行业客户信用评价指标体系的基础上,首先采用基于语言评价信息的TOPSIS方法对电力行业客户信用进行主观评价,继而采用熵权法对电力行业客户信用进行客观评价。通过两种方法的实例计算,对两种方法进行了比较,并分析了两种方法同时应用对电力行业客户信用评价准确性的影响。
Lack of credit in power industry, seriously affecting the healthy development of power industry. Therefore, the credit rating of power industry customers is the power supply companies and even the whole society should be concerned about. Based on the establishment of the index system of customer credit evaluation in electric power industry, this paper first uses the TOPSIS method based on linguistic evaluation information to make a subjective evaluation of customer credit in electric power industry, and then use entropy method to objectively evaluate customer credit in electric power industry. The two methods are compared and the influence of the two methods on the accuracy of customer credit evaluation is analyzed.
