以急性早幼粒白血病人短型融合蛋白的PML与RARα结合部位的13个氨基酸序列制备合成肽,交联甲状腺球蛋白免疫Balb/c小鼠,通过杂交瘤技术获得两株单抗,经鉴定与相关蛋白无交叉反应,说明此融合部位外露,可以制备出针对性抗体。
The synthetic peptides were prepared from 13 amino acids of PML and RARα binding sites of short promyelocytic leukemia patients. The Balb / c mice were immunized with the cross-linked thyroglobulin and two monoclonal antibodies were obtained by hybridoma technology. No cross-reaction with the relevant proteins, indicating that the fusion site exposed, you can prepare a targeted antibody.
