今年以来,滨海县盐业有限公司结合企业经营管理实际,找准企业管理中的薄弱环节和存在问题,积极开展“五小”创建活动,通过奖励“贡献度”的方法,激发干部职工的干事创业热情,提升了企一、选题背景滨海县盐业有限公司在原滨海县盐业公司改制基础上重组,系江苏省集团公司于2006年9月份与滨海县人民政府签订协议以零资产收购,由当时的盐城盐业有限公司出资200万元组建的独立法人国有企业,人员全部由滨海县人民政府在原滨海县盐
