目的:探讨降钙素在正常人输卵管黏膜及妊娠输卵管黏膜上皮的表达特点。方法:用免疫组织化学法检测33例正常人输卵管黏膜(包括18例增生期和15例分泌中期人输卵管黏膜)及23例输卵管妊娠人输卵管黏膜上皮降钙素的表达特点。结果:正常人输卵管黏膜上皮中,降钙素仅阳性表达于分泌中期;而降钙素在输卵管妊娠种植部位输卵管黏膜上皮细胞表达明显强于非种植部位组及正常分泌中期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);非植入部位组与正常分泌中期组降钙素表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:人输卵管黏膜上皮降钙素的表达改变与输卵管妊娠有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of calcitonin in normal human fallopian tube mucosa and tubal epithelium. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of calcitonin in tubal mucosa (including 18 cases of proliferative stage and 15 cases of metaphase tubal mucosa) and 23 cases of tubal pregnancy. Results: In normal human fallopian tube mucosal epithelium, calcitonin was only expressed in mid-secretory stage. However, the expression of calcitonin in tubal epithelial cells at implantation site was significantly higher than that in non-implantation site and normal secretory mid-term group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in calcitonin expression between non-implantation site group and normal secretion mid-term group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The change of calcitonin expression in human fallopian tube mucosa is related to tubal pregnancy.
