在高职院校学生的学习和成长过程中,辅导员发挥着重要的作用,不仅要关注学生的学习情况,同时还要关注学生的日常生活,针对学生的实际特点进行管理和教育工作。但是从目前的情况来看,高职院校的辅导员在开展工作使,工作实效并不理想,主要是由于管理机制不健全以及辅导员对自己的角色定位不准确等造成的。本文针对影响高职院校辅导员工作实效的因素进行分析,并提出了有效提高辅导员工作实效的策略。 In the course of studying and growing students in higher vocational colleges, counselors play an important role. They not only pay attention to students ’learning situation, but also pay attention to students’ daily life and manage and educate students according to their actual characteristics. However, from the current situation, the counselors in higher vocational colleges have not carried out their work effectively. The results are not satisfactory, mainly due to the unsound management mechanism and inaccurate orientation of the facilitators. This article analyzes the factors that affect the effectiveness of counselors in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some strategies to effectively improve the effectiveness of counselors’ work.
