采用低压湿式催化氧化法 (LPWCO)处理高浓度模拟偶氮染料甲基橙溶液 ,考察了温度、H2 O2 浓度、Fe2 +浓度等因素对去除效果的影响 ,结果表明 ,LPWCO法能有效去除废水颜色 .同时用一级反应模型拟合了甲基橙溶液脱色的LPWCO反应 ,由实验数据确定了反应速率方程 .
The effects of temperature, H2O2 concentration and Fe2 + concentration on the removal efficiency were investigated by using low pressure wet catalytic oxidation (LPWCO) to treat high concentration simulated methyl orange solution. The results showed that the LPWCO method can effectively remove the wastewater color At the same time, the first order reaction model was used to fit the LPWCO reaction of decolorizing methyl orange solution. The reaction rate equation was determined from the experimental data.
