多尺度计算可在计算精度和计算代价中寻求较好的平衡点,在许多学科领域和工程问题中都得到了应用。该文引入有限元多尺度计算理论,在有限元分析软件中引入约束方程实现了局部模型和宏观模型的连接,并在研究输电铁塔力学性能中得到了应用。同时将输电铁塔多尺度模型分析结果分别与TTA模型、刚架模型、桁架模型和试验结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明,采取该文提出的多尺度建模方法,能够有效分析输电铁塔的整体力学行为和局部节点受力特性,可以在土木工程结构中推广使用。
Multi-scale computing can seek a better balance between computational accuracy and computational cost, and has been applied in many academic fields and engineering problems. In this paper, finite element multi-scale calculation theory is introduced. Constraint equations are introduced into the finite element analysis software to connect the local model with the macro model. The method is applied in the study of mechanical properties of transmission towers. At the same time, the results of multi-scale model analysis of transmission tower are compared respectively with TTA model, rigid frame model, truss model and test results. The research results show that adopting the multi-scale modeling method proposed in this paper can effectively analyze the whole mechanical behavior of transmission tower and the mechanical characteristics of local nodes, and can be widely used in civil engineering structures.
