分析了广东省韶关电网向主网送电的安全稳定性和对原有安全稳定控制装置进行改造的必要性 ,介绍了韶关电网在线预决策的安全稳定控制系统的配置、功能、技术要求和相应的安全稳定控制策略。该安全稳定控制系统采用基于 EEAC稳定性定量分析工具跟踪系统实际运行工况 ,自动优化控制措施 ,对电网发展和运行方式变化具有自适应性。该系统的两级控制功能模式已正式运行 ,有效地提高了韶关电网向主网送电的功率极限。
The safety and stability of power transmission from Shaoguan Power Grid to the main network in Guangdong Province and the necessity of retrofitting the original safety and stability control devices are analyzed. The configuration, functions, technical requirements and corresponding requirements of Shaoguan Power Grid on-line pre-decision security and stability control system are introduced Safety and stability control strategy. The safety and stability control system uses the quantitative analysis tool based on EEAC to track the actual operating conditions of the system and automatically optimize the control measures to adapt to the changes of grid development and operation mode. The two-stage control mode of the system has been officially operational, effectively increasing the power limit of Shaoguan power transmission to the main network.
