本研究对5.12灾区中小学教师培训现状和培训需求展开了系统调研,发现灾区信息化环境快速发展与教师信息化教学能力发展水平不匹配,教师培训现状与教师实际培训需求存在较大反差,灾区教师缺乏优质的教师培训资源和系统的自主学习资源。基于以上调研结论,研究者提出优化教师培训环境,提供多样化培训资源;开发知能并举的培训课程,促进培训内容转化应用;加强教师课堂教学能力方面的精细化培训;开展教师信息技术能力和信息化教学方面的系统培训等建议。
This study systematically investigated the current situation and training needs of primary and secondary school teachers in 5.12 disaster areas and found that the rapid development of informationized environment in disaster-stricken areas did not match with the development level of teachers’ informational teaching ability. There was a great contrast between teacher training status and actual training needs of teachers. Teachers lack the quality of teacher training resources and systematic self-learning resources. Based on the above findings, the researchers proposed to optimize the training environment for teachers and provide diversified training resources; to develop knowledgeable training courses to promote the transformation and application of training content; to strengthen the training of teachers in classroom teaching; to develop teachers’ capabilities and information in information technology Systematic training on teaching advice.
