目的:分析慢性牙周炎主要牙周致病菌与口臭程度的相关性。方法:选取慢性牙周炎伴口臭患者43例作为研究对象,检测其主要牙周致病菌VSCs含量和OS值,并对OS值和VSCs水平与临床指标以及VSCs水平与Pg、Pi、Tf、Td进行相关分析。结果:治疗前研究组的PD、BI、CAL、OS值和VSCs水平高于对照组,治疗后研究组PD、BI、CAL、OS值和VSCs水平与治疗前相比明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组OS值和VSCs水平与PD、BI、CAL呈正相关,且VSCs水平与舌背、龈下菌斑中Pg、Pi、Tf、Td也呈正相关。结论:慢性牙周炎主要牙周致病菌与口臭程度存在着高度相关性,有效降低牙周致病菌水平,可以改善口臭值。
Objective: To analyze the correlation between the main periodontal pathogens and bad breath in chronic periodontitis. Methods: Forty-three patients with chronic periodontitis accompanied with halitosis were selected as study objects. The content of VSCs and the OS value of the pathogens in periodontal disease were detected. The changes of OS, VSCs, clinical indexes and the levels of VSCs, Pg, Pi, Tf, Td correlation analysis. Results: The values of PD, BI, CAL, OS and VSCs in the study group before treatment were higher than those in the control group. After treatment, the values of PD, BI, CAL, OS and VSCs in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment Significance (P <0.05). After treatment, the values of OS and VSCs in the study group were positively correlated with PD, BI and CAL, and the levels of VSCs were also positively correlated with Pg, Pi, Tf and Td in sublingual gingival back. Conclusion: The main pathogens of periodontitis in periodontitis are highly correlated with the degree of bad breath, which can effectively reduce the level of pathogenic bacteria and improve the bad breath value.
