目的了解湘潭市重大活动食品安全保障的现状,全面规范和提高湘潭市重大活动食品安全保障技术水平。方法采用回顾性调查和现场调查相结合的方法,对2006-2008年湘潭市重大活动食品安全保障情况进行分析。结果湘潭市重大活动食品安全保障存在着:重大活动任务突然性强、预防性卫生监督难以到位,少数单位超接待能力承担接待活动,多数单位未开展快速检验工作,从业人员缺乏岗前检查等问题。结论根据《重大活动食品卫生监督规范》等要求采取相应的对策,可以改变重大活动中食品安全保障的现状,减少重大活动食品安全的风险,确保重大活动的食品安全。
Objective To understand the status quo of food safety in major events in Xiangtan City and to fully standardize and improve the technical level of food safety in major events in Xiangtan City. Methods The method of combining the retrospective investigation with the on-the-spot investigation was used to analyze the food safety and security of major events in Xiangtan City from 2006 to 2008. Results There were significant food safety and security activities in major events in Xiangtan City. Sudden and sudden task of major activities, preventive health supervision was difficult to place, a few units super reception ability to undertake reception activities, the majority of units did not carry out rapid inspection, the lack of pre-employment inspection practitioners and other issues . Conclusion According to the requirements of the “Code of Hygienic Supervision for Significant Activities”, corresponding measures can be taken to change the current situation of food safety in major activities, reduce the risks of food safety in major activities and ensure the food safety in major activities.
