以自制的稀土固体酸S2O2-8/ZrO2-La2O3为催化剂,癸二酸和正丁醇为原料合成了癸二酸二丁酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间对酯化率的影响,并采用正交实验进行优化,最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量为癸二酸质量的2.5%,醇酸摩尔比3.0∶1.0,反应温度170℃,反应时间300min,此条件下酯化率可达97.72%。反应所用催化剂具有良好的催化活性和稳定性,并通过折光率、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和核磁共振碳谱等手段对产物进行了表征。
The dibutyl sebacate was synthesized from sebacic acid and n-butanol using self-made rare earth solid acid S2O2-8 / ZrO2-La2O3 as catalyst. The effects of catalyst dosage, molar ratio of alkyd, reaction temperature and reaction time on the esterification rate were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the amount of catalyst was 2.5% of sebacic acid, Than 3.0: 1.0, the reaction temperature is 170 ℃, the reaction time is 300min, under this condition the esterification rate can reach 97.72%. The catalyst used in the reaction has good catalytic activity and stability, and the product was characterized by means of refractive index, infrared spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance (1H) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra.
